OSOM Talent LLC is committed to making our website and platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every client and every talent professional to be able to browse, book, and work with us regardless of ability or the technology they use.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with a broad range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
What we have done
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. Steps we have taken include:
Semantic, structured pages so screen readers can navigate headings and landmarks. A skip-to-content link and full keyboard operability so the site can be used without a mouse. Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements. Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast targets. Text alternatives for meaningful images. Labels and instructions on forms.
We test with automated tools and manual keyboard checks, and we are expanding our testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
Known limitations
Some content on the platform is supplied by third parties, such as photos, videos, and links uploaded by talent and partner companies. We may not always control the accessibility of that user-supplied media, but we work to provide accessible alternatives and we are improving this over time.
