OSOM Talent Messaging (SMS) Terms

These Messaging Terms describe the OSOM Talent SMS text-message program. By opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

OSOM Talent LLC ("OSOM Talent," "we," "us") operates a talent-booking marketplace based in Phoenix, Arizona. With your consent, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide. There are two separate message types, each with its own consent:

Account and transactional messages. Phone-verification codes, booking confirmations and updates, payment and payout alerts, agreement requests, and other notifications about your account and the bookings you are part of.

Promotional messages. News, offers, and updates about OSOM Talent. This is a separate, optional opt-in, and you can receive account messages without it.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to receive texts by adding your mobile number and verifying it inside your OSOM Talent account, then choosing which message categories you want under Account, SMS preferences. During verification we send a one-time code to confirm the number is yours. To receive promotional messages, you additionally turn on the "Promotions" category. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the bookings and categories you choose. These are recurring messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. OSOM Talent does not charge you for the messages themselves.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any OSOM Talent text message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from that program unless you opt in again. You can also turn off or manage SMS categories at any time under Account, SMS preferences in your OSOM Talent account.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We collect your mobile number to operate this messaging program as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in, is sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider that delivers these texts on our behalf, and otherwise only as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, to comply with law). Text-message opt-in and consent data are never shared with third parties for marketing.

9. Changes

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
